Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy covers Duel King and duelking.co.uk, provided by Pavo Labs ("we", "us" or "our"). It explains the categories of information relevant to our services, how they may be used and your privacy rights.

Advertising and privacy choices: Duel King uses Google AdMob. Advertising data is shared with Google as described below. Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Use the App's Privacy choices control to review advertising choices, withdraw consent or opt out where applicable. You can also contact support@duelking.co.uk.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Pavo Labs is responsible for personal information it processes to provide Duel King. For privacy questions or rights requests, email support@duelking.co.uk.

2. Information and purposes

The information processed depends on the features you use:

3. Lawful bases

Where applicable, processing necessary to supply features you request relies on performance of a contract. Security, service maintenance and responding to enquiries may rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable service, balanced against your rights. Required records and lawful requests may rely on legal obligations. Where consent is required for optional processing, it must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.

4. Website resources, cookies and permissions

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to contact Google and disclose connection information such as your IP address. Your browser also connects to our hosting provider to load pages and images. The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

Device permissions can be managed in your device settings. Refusing optional permissions may prevent the related optional feature from working. Advertising in the App is described below; this is separate from the website's cookies and resources.

Google AdMob advertising

We use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements in Duel King. Depending on your device, SDK configuration and privacy choices, Google may collect and receive IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising identifiers such as Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA where available and permitted, other device or account identifiers, ad views and clicks, product interactions and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, advertising measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention, and for personalised advertising where permitted.

AdMob uses device identifiers and technologies similar to cookies to store or access information on a device. Non-personalised ads may still involve local storage or identifiers for functions such as frequency capping, reporting and fraud prevention; choosing non-personalised ads does not mean that no information is processed.

Google is our current advertising service provider. Any additional advertising partners used for your ad requests will be identified in the consent message and privacy choices where applicable. For details about Google's practices and retention, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information.

European advertising consent

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use Google's consent management messages through the User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, we request consent before storing or accessing information on your device and before collecting, sharing or using personal information for personalised advertising. The message identifies relevant vendors, purposes and choices. Processing for other advertising purposes is subject to the lawful bases and choices explained in that message.

You can refuse consent or change your choices through Privacy choices in the App. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Depending on your choices and available ad-serving options, you may receive non-personalised or limited ads, or no ads. Any Apple App Tracking Transparency permission required for tracking is a separate device permission and does not replace European consent.

US state privacy rights and advertising opt-outs

Where applicable US state privacy laws apply, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of its sale, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising or use for targeted advertising. Advertising disclosures to Google can qualify as sale or sharing under some state laws, even when information is not exchanged for money. The advertising categories involved are device and online identifiers, IP-derived approximate location and interaction information, disclosed to Google for the purposes above.

Use the App's Privacy choices control, including the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or targeted-advertising opt-out shown where applicable. Google's US state regulations message communicates applicable choices to Google. Where required, eligible opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control when received through a supported service, are honoured. Device advertising settings provide additional controls but do not replace a state-law opt-out request.

You may also email support@duelking.co.uk to exercise rights or submit an appeal where available. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf subject to appropriate proof of authority and verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Some information may be retained where a legal exception applies, and we will explain any refusal as required by law.

5. Sharing information

Information may be disclosed to providers supporting hosting, account services, payments and customer support where needed for the features you use. Providers acting on our instructions must process information for the agreed purpose. Independent providers, including app stores and payment services, have their own privacy notices.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate fraud or safeguard users. If a business transfer affects your information, applicable protections and notice requirements continue to apply.

6. International processing

Services accessed over the internet may involve processing in other countries. Where we transfer personal information internationally, applicable transfer requirements must be met, such as adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. You may request information about safeguards relevant to your information through our privacy contact.

7. Retention and security

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose. Relevant criteria include the duration of your account, completion of support requests, transaction and dispute requirements, security needs and statutory record-keeping obligations. Deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention requirements.

Appropriate safeguards are required to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure; keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access through support.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, object to processing or withdraw consent. These rights are subject to applicable conditions. You may also have rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

To make a request, email support@duelking.co.uk. We may need proportionate verification to protect your information. You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

9. Children and restricted features

Follow the age requirements disclosed for Duel King and each feature. Where a service is available to children, age-appropriate information and safeguards are required. If you believe a child has supplied information without required consent or eligibility, contact us so the matter can be investigated.

10. Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes affecting how personal information is used must be communicated as required by applicable law. Consent will be requested where required for a new purpose.
